For example, we submitted an offer for a property and the seller’s agent tried to bully us to raise our offer (because of other offers, allegedly). JP’s intuition was that there were no other offers and he was absolutely right!!! I ended up buying another property where something similar happened and we held tight and I got the price I wanted.
